Applicants will be informed in early March 2025 about whether they are being offered a spot at Camp or placed on the waitlist.
This application is for our Camper Families only. To qualify, you or a member of your family must be experiencing disability. Completion of this application will enter you into the Camper Lottery for a spot at Hope Heals Camp this summer. There is no fee to apply or attend camp. If you are selected for a spot at camp, you will receive further registration information and will be required to pay a $10 per person ($60 family max) registration fee.

Let's get started! First things first: Hope Heals Camp is designed with love as a FAMILY camp. We have something to offer everyone in your family! Please note that all campers experiencing disability must be accompanied by a family member or friend. If a camper applicant registers solo, that application will not be eligible for the Camper Lottery drawing.
Please take care to include ALL members of your family unit who wish to attend camp on the application. A family unit may include immediate family members, household members, and paid or unpaid caregivers.
I understand that there is a $10 per camper registration fee ($60 family max) that will ONLY be charged if I am offered a spot at Hope Heals Camp.
Four sessions of Hope Heals Camp will be offered in 2025. Please indicate your preference for attending. Selecting multiple weeks will increase your chance of attendance.
What kind of shower or bath is best for your family? (Please note that fully accessible roll-in showers are EXTREMELY limited at Camp. If you are in any way able to use a bathtub or roll over a small threshold, please do not opt for the roll-in shower.)
The Camp Experience Section will be filled out separately for each member of your family unit. Start with the primary contact.
A short bio will help the Hope Heals Camp team know how we can make your experience as great as it can be! If you are assigned to a Compassionate Companion, a more extensive interview will follow once you arrive at Camp, so you don't have to include too many details here.
